摘要
Optimization problem of dynamical systems with impulse and discrete-continuous properties are considered. The transformation method using discontinuous time substitution allows to reduce the initial problem with discontinuous tracks to known one of optimal system control described regular differential equations with limited controls. The method problems: expression for discontinuous solutions, theorems proof of solutions existence in the problems of optimal control, optimization conditions are considered.
