Temperature prediction and simulation model of satellite's thermal balance test

To predicate the equilibrium temperature and simulate the heat variation influence of satellite thermal balance test more easily and correctly, a double layer lumped parameter model of the satellite equipment temperature was set up. The dynamic model had a simple nesting structure and its parameters can be reached from thermal balance test datum by using system identification method. The temperature change of different equipment on same satellite can be predicated and simulated separately and this can save a lot of computing work. Comparison studies show that the prediction and simulation results accord with the satellite thermal balance test results accurately.
