摘要
The stiffness, initialization, configurations and servocontroller influence of linear motors were discussed. The steel structure of an ironcore motor provides stiffness, as there mounting surface are generally 100% of the active surface of the motor and centered above it. The initialization and current commutation were done by three methods: constant current, hall effect and by pulse. Th linear motors could be commuted trapezoidally using hall effect sensors, and commutation could also be spurred sinusoidally using linear encoders in conjunction with motion controllers.
