Optical trapping and manipulation of microbe using laser tweezers

摘要：
According to the physics mechanism of laser manipulating dielectric particles, biological samples can be trapped and moved by a highly focused laser beam. Experimental results of laser manipulating different kinds of microbe are discussed and show that the preculture of biological specimen is the key step for realizing laser manipulation.
