Murphy's law

Mike Murphy is the newly elected president of the National Hydropower Association (NHA) in the US. In his speech, he explained that his Association follows the international hydro power industry very closely, as well as the World Commission on Dams (WCD). He observes that the international efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions are proving to be focal points. He added that NHA sees hydro power development as essential to any program that seeks to reduce air emissions from energy production.
