摘要
An investigation of the surface resistance temperature dependence for YBa2Cu3O7-x films prepared by DC-magnetron sputtering has been completed. The minimum of surface resistance was observed at temperature Tm &le Tc for all the samples under investigation. The nature of the observed effect has been explained within the framework of the 'Josephson media' model.
