摘要：
The tremendous development of plastics during the last 30 years has given a great impulse also to the electrical engineering industry. The importance which plastics have in this field is best demonstrated by the consumption figures which are exceeded only by those for the building and packaging sectors. The progress made during the last few years is due less to new plastics than to modified, adapted products and changes in application and processing techniques, which determine the course of further progress and development.
