摘要
The measurement means (MM) are considered for manual, mechanized, and automated inspection in the final acceptance-inspection section of an FPS for machining. The criterion for choosing the form and method of production-control inspection and the degree of automation of the MM is made up of the following: the stability of the component-fabrication technology, the number of parameters monitored, the percentage of sampling for inspection, the size of the batch of components to be machined, the cost of the MM, together with other factors. A coordinate-measurement machine (CMM) represents a universal means of dimensional production-control inspection, supporting measurement of nearly all dimensional parameters (except for surface roughness).
