摘要
An efficient approach to fault diagnosis of cellular, multi-valued large-scale-integrated arrays is proposed. The technique is suitable for n-level arrays implementing k-valued n-variable logic functions. It reduces the computational complexity of test input generation for stuck-at faults, open faults and AND bridging faults.
