摘要
The effect of the forced oscillation of the upstream cylinder on the fluctuating forces of the downstream cylinder in small staggered arrangement was studied experimentally. The fluctuating forces acting on the downstream cylinder were measured by the load cells. When the spacing between two cylinders is smaller the flow around two cylinders is influenced by the oscillation of the upstream cylinder. In particular, the oscillation of the upstream cylinder produces two distinct lock-in regions on the fluctuating forces of the downstream cylinder.
