The construction and electrical properties of the integrated microphone (telephone transmitter) amplifier are described. The characteristic parameters of the amplifier are: voltage gain A//u greater than 50 db, distortion K(n) less than 2%, output psophometric noise voltage U//o//n less than 0. 15 mV.
