THERMAL CONDITIONS OF FORMATION OF HOT SPRAYED COATINGS ON FLAT SURFACES.

摘要
The behaviour of the effective temperature of the flat surface in hot spraying is examined. It is shown that, in comparison with other parameters of the process, the spraying distance has the strongest effect on the variation of the temperature field on the substrate. The results show that the speed of travel of the spraying torch corresponding to the maximum effective temperature of formation of the first layer of the coating is proportional to the productivity of the spraying process and is inversely proportional to the size and density of the sprayed particles and also the dispersion of the mass distribution of the particles on the substrate.
