Effect of feedback delay on the unstable output of laser system

摘要
This paper studies the important effect of feedback delay on the unstable output of ring cavity laser system, especially the route to chaos in small delay time. The reason for higher bifurcations having not been found in small delay time is analyzed, and the routes to chaos in both small and large delay time are connected by numerical calculation.
