摘要：
The Cegedur-Pechiney laboratory provides testing facilities and technical assistance for various production sites within the Group. Having previously established normal quality assurance procedures within the laboratory, it was decided to offer a more cost-effective and technically improved service by introducing 'total quality. ' Costs and customer reactions to the laboratory's work were subjected to scrutiny and a schedule established for 'total quality'.
