It is shown that the rolled stock of S390K (10KhSND type) steel microalloyed by titanium, aluminum, and nitrogen has high mechanical properties and cold resistance after normalizing, which correspond to rolling stock of S390 steel. Additional alloying S390K steel with vanadium provides all the more high level of mechanical properties after rolled stock heat treatment, which correspond to S440 steel. Sheet rolled stock of S390K steel may be used for the most important welded structures.
