摘要
The principle of dividing cuts over two consecutive cutting edges results in clearly improved dynamic cutting performance during milling operations. In particular under semi-stable conditions, such milling tools are clearly superior due to their low vibration. The chatter limit is moved up to higher cutting speeds, thus allowing production increases of more than 50 per cent.
