摘要
The cost of accumulator batteries in interruption-free power supply systems is considerable. Equipment for automatic battery charging was developed which increases battery life and reduces the costs. The author describes a new type of equipment which is controlled by a microprocessor. The battery current is monitored in order to determine whether the charging is to be started or stopped. The equipment can be used independently or be included in the recently developed system for computer-controlled power supply, ERICSSON ENERGYMASTER.
