摘要
Ni-like Dy, Er and Yb X-ray laser were observed under the lower pumping laser irradiance of (5-8)×1013 W/cm using the pre-mainpulse laser driving scheme. The new convex cylindrical lens array was designed. The techniques of focus line overlapping and double target coupling were used. The gain coefficient of 1.6 and 1.4 cm-1 was measured for Ni-like Yb and Dy laser respectively.
