摘要：
Beer production draws on the disciplines of chemical engineering and also touches upon biochemistry and microbiology. The production of beers, an applied chemical engineering process, is concerned with the application of the unit operations of chemical engineering in raw materials processing. The chemical engineer trains brewers in the maximum utilization of raw materials with the corresponding results of optimization.
