A new information retrieval approach Zero-Keyword Information Inquiry was introduced, and based on which, an intelligent Internet information service system-Bookmark was developed. The system adopts HTTP protocol to search the information on Internet automatically, then the information sorter classifies the information of different types into proper class and loads them in to the information database. The system can analyze users' records to get their interests, and the information filter of the system then check the information database to find out what fits the needs of the user who puts forward an information recommendation request. The information evaluator of the system optimizes the system according to the user's evaluation on the recommended information. The operation results show that Bookmark does have the functions of information recording, information recommendation and information share.
