摘要：

The accelerated evolution that took place a few years ago within analysis and design systems for concrete structures is mainly due to computer's use. Numerical methods development for solving mathematical equations has facilitated the search of solution to engineering problems. In this article, the author examines the present uses and advantages computers have.
