摘要
This paper is directed towards the production of high-technology mechanical devices in small quantities. By definition, manufacturing industry involves organized activities. The organization extends to all phases of the activity from the identification of a saleable product and a suitable market, through the acutal manufacturing processes, to the sale of the product and the provision of after-sales services, and it involves many extremely complex relationships. The tasks of creating and maintaining the organization and of coordinating all phases of the manufacturing activity are those of management.
