On the basis of a method of randomization of point solutions of the hydrodynamics equations for an ideal incompressible fluid on a sphere, models of the global transport of impurities in the atmosphere are developed which take into account the dependence of the impurity lifetime on latitude. An analysis is made of the applicability of the conventional approach, which is based on the introduction of turbulent diffusion coefficients. On the basis of the models constructed, it is concluded that intense sources of carbon monoxide of nonanthropogenic origin may exist in the equatorial zone.
