摘要
A new control system for electrochemical machines allows the critical capillary-drilled cooling holes in turbine blades to be monitored and, if necessary, for the process to be automatically corrected. The device uses microprocessor technology to interpret electronic signals produced by drilling, so that the tool head can be withdrawn if problems occur, to save scrapped parts and broken tooling.
