摘要
Since blending or alloying can provide new PVC-based materials with tailor-made properties, it would be interesting to review the general methods of studying this topic. This paper deals with the thermodynamics and miscibility testing methods of PVC-based blends. Although a large amount of literature has been published dealing with PVC blends. Special attention is given here to significant examples of the most common and some unusual methods that lead to understanding the basic scientific features of these systems.
