摘要
Magnetic properties in mechanically alloyed Ni-20 at.%Mn were studied before and after annealing at 693 K for up to 1000 h. The Curie temperature increased largely with increasing annealing time and came to be saturated above 500 h. The saturation magnetization at 4.2 K also increased almost twice as much as before annealing. These results can be explained by considering the same width of Gaussian distribution of concentration fluctuations as assumed before in the case of Fe-Ni Invar alloys. © 2005 Elsevier B.V.
