摘要
The energy spectra of electrons emitted from the surface of the polycrystalline Pt target due to bombardment with Ne** plus , Ar** plus and Kr** plus ions examined at large angles of detection. It was found that for emission angles theta equals 132 degree -145 degree an additional broad peak occurs on the energy spectrum curve. This peak increases rapidly with increase of the angle theta and at theta approximately equals 160 degree reaches its maximum value. The results obtained are discussed in the framework of the violent collision model. It is assumed that during violent collisions molecular layer and target temperature on the yield of autoionization electrons are also discussed.
