摘要：
The report is an investigation of the influence of the distance between notches using a tensile model. The application of these results to bend test pieces and justification of the method of cyclic bending under an electrolyte in the preparation of doubly cracked test pieces is given. This type of test piece cannot be used for the measurement of static COD but by means of correlations can measure dynamic COD.
