摘要：

This paper briefly describes the torsional vibration characteristic design of modern long stroke diesel engine with a few number of cylinders and gives torsional vibration design nomogram for optimum torsional vibration characteristics. It is a more accurate, simple and rapid method for shafting design by using this nomogram.
