摘要
The possibility for utilization of various methods to choose and change a basis in the computational schemes of present-day programs are analyzed. A classification of these methods is given. Their elaboration leads to new criteria and algorithms for selecting, changing, and optimizing a basis that make possible a significant improvement in the efficiency of solution of individual subproblems in the analysis and integrated optimization of power-system steady-state regimes.
