Phase Transitions and Electric Properties of Ferroelectric Solid Solutions Based on Sodium Niobate.

A high-density ceramic based on solid solutions of NaNbO//3 with PbTiO//3, LiNbO//3, KNbO//3, (K, Bi)//0//. //5 TiO//3, and (Na, Bi)//0//. //5 TiO//3 has been synthesized by hot pressing. A study is made of the concentration dependences of the Curie points and the resistivities in these systems. Near the morphotropic phase transitions resistivity maxima are noted the presence of which is attributed to a high vacancy concentration in samples corresponding to morphotropic ranges.
