摘要：
This paper introduced the methods and the principles of using thermal video system for measuring the out-wall temperatures of steam heating power pipe in oil refinery. A comparison of out-wall temperatures was made before and after replacing the thermal insulation materials of heat power pipe. Based on the calculation of out-wall heat losses, the economic benefit after replacing the thermal insulation materials was estimated.
