A project is introduced with the aim of creating and disseminating detailed software engineering curriculum modules for use in developing education and training programs. The project will also serve as a trial application and validation of the IEEE/ACM Guide to the Software Engineering Body of Knowledge (SWEBOK). The project will use three primary sources of information as a foundation for the curriculum modules: SWEBOK; guidelines for software engineering education; and industry best practice.
