摘要
This paper presents a computational procedure for preventive rescheduling to correct an insecure state and bringing it to a secure state in an optimal manner. Sensitivity based relations, linearized power flow model, and linear programming formulation are used. The method is illustrated for a practical example. Both simple and logical security constraints are taken into account. The formulation permits on-line implementation in a security control scheme.
