摘要
Based on their convincing cleaning results aqueous cleaning facilities are an alternative solution for complex tasks involving industrial components cleaning. In recent years the Mafac company, Alpirsbach, Germany, has brought on the market three cleaning facilities that satisfy different demand profiles. The facilities can be individually outfitted. Based on the SF 60.40 spray flooding facility, the DW 100 was developed that can be immediately integrated into a production line and fully automated. The discussion covers how the DW facility operates; coalescence oil separator; and individual adaptation. The process involves cleaning and drying. The components are brought automatically to the cleaning tunnel where the cleaning and then drying occur. The cleaning tunnel is divided into five sections. The first is an entrance zone. The second is the wet chamber in which the components are spray-cleaned. The third is a drainage zone where humidity is withdrawn and water vapor is condensed out over a condensation block. The suction zone is connected to the drying zone where warm air effects the drying. At the end comes the exit lock as the fifth zone. Throughput times of 30 seconds are possible in which two pieces can be active, one being cleaned, and the other being dried. The facility is available with an electronic MMC control with clear text indicators. The filtration of particles such as metal turnings and the oil separator are described. The cleaning tunnel is. available in different lengths, widths, heights, and depths. Optionally cleaning and rinsing can be effected in two baths.
