摘要:
A study was performed on the temperature field and solidified surface profile during gas-metal arc fillet welding. The study was performed using a three-dimensional numerical heat transfer model. The model solved the energy conservation equation using a boundary fitted coordinate system. The results showed that the cooling rates and the weld thermal cycles were in good agreement with the independent experimental data.
