摘要
This article describes a method to provide identification and control of a system configurator program options for a multiple computer system. The configurator provides a full-screen, menu-driven interface to its user. It hides the IBM Series/1 Realtime Programming System command structure by providing a logical view of the system, mapping the user's requests into as many different commands as may be required. The configurator permits the support programmer of a realtime programming system to determine the hardware configuration of a single-node or multi-node system, to copy customized realtime programming system task sets to each node of the system, and to build the necessary commands to use any desired subset of the hardware configuration.
