摘要：

To enable one to establish a thermo-dynamic comparison of the different methods of energy conversion for the heat generation in space heating, a characteristic is defined which can be applied to all such processes. This characteristic consists of individual efficiencies for the individual processes, having to be multiplied or added accordingly. The influences of these individual efficiencies upon the characteristics are analyzed for individual instances, and with the help of a numerical example they are explained in a nomographical representation.
