摘要
Life curves are plotted for boiler steels under a simultaneous effect of thermal and mechanical stresses. Thermomechanical fatigue curves are found to have breaks analogous to the already known ones for the mechanical fatigue curves. This is explained by changes in properties of the metal in the process of thermomechanical fatigue.
