摘要
The authors have worked out a chromatographic method of determining the mass concentration of benzene hydrocarbons in snap samples of forward and return coking gas in the laboratory. To remove the sample, a gas pipette (V equals 1 L-SCRIPT ) is connected across a rubber hosepipe to a nozzle on a gas line and the device. It is scavanged for 2-3 min using the gas, and then is covered with a screen at the outlet of the gas from the pipette; at the input, it is covered for 20-30 sec. In order to ensure safety and themostatic control, the pipette is lined with a threefold layer of fabric. The amount of gas within the gas pipette is found using the snap sample, while the mixture of snap samples taken over various time intervals in the same gas line is found using an averaged sample. A snap sample of gas is sufficient for checking the production process since each snap sample by its very nature characterizes the composition of the gas at any given moment.
