摘要
In the alpha prime phase of Ti-Me alloys (Me equals Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni) the temperature dependence of the resistivity ( rho ) which produces a low-temperature minimum in rho (T) hs the form: rho (T) equals rho (0) minus A multiplied by (times) T below the temperature of the minimum. In the case of impurities which do not possess a magnetic moment, a magnetic field has no influence on rho (T). A simple model is proposed to explain the observed behavior, based on the assumption that there exist two-level systems with differing scattering sections in the ground and excited states in the alloys.
