摘要
At present time, a lot of work for the investigation of the ablation of polymer film by ultraviolet laser has been in progress, but the mechanism of it is still not very clear. No report for such work has been delivered at home. This paper studied the ablation process of PET material by UV laser, and discussed the mechanisms and influential factors.
