摘要
The possibility of devising algorithms for the control of dynamic objects and for computation systems is much higher than the possibility of setting up balanced man-machine real-time systems which possess integrated purposeful behavior. The authors propose several explanations for the phenomenon. One is the still limited capability of computer hardware and software as real-time means for solving dynamic control problems with a forced rhythm of behavior which is defined by external conditions. Another reason is inadequacy in distribution of functions between man and machine during the realization of the required functioning of the system as a whole. The third reason is the currently inadequately developed state of 'man-machine' interface which should solve the problem of optimum man-machine communication in combination with the controlled dynamic object.
