摘要
Laser vibrometers are now available that offer a combination of finer velocity resolution, wider operating range, and higher linearity in a fully automated scanning package with ultra-high optical sensitivity. The scanning laser vibrometer has advanced with the introduction of the PSV-100 built-in hardware FFT processing with integrated live video, high optical sensitivity across much wider operating amplitudes and frequencies, finer velocity resolution, and centralized remote control including laser focusing. This combination of features is well suited to engine, chassis, and brake dynamometer testing. Easily interpreted results are obtained conveniently in a fraction of the time required by conventional accelerometer-based test procedures. The SLV is becoming an indispensable tool of the automotive noise and vibration testing community.
