摘要
The plasma reflection method was used to investigate the parameters of a nonequilibrium plasma generated in InSb at T equals 300 degree K by neodymium and ruby laser radiations. A comparison of the experimental and theoretical results demonstrated that at excitation rates corresponding to the plasma minimum the surface plasma density reached 6 multiplied by 10**1**8 cm** minus **3 in spite of rapid nonlinear recombination. An analysis was made of the influence of the dimensions of the spatial inhomogeneity of the plasma and of the intraband absorption of probing infrared radiation (giving rise to transitions between the valence subbands) on the reflection coefficient in the vicinity of the plasma minimum. 17 refs.
