Separation of micro-particles using perforated electrode in nonuniform electric field

摘要
The problem on micro-particles sifting through perforated electrode at the process of its vibration movement in nonuniform electric field is considered. It is shown that the effect of micro-particles separation with respect to their size takes place in under-electrode space when the particle's size is much less than the holes diameter. Experimental data substantiating this phenomenon are given.
