摘要
The Rehabilitation Success Rate is an organizational performance indicator developed to provide a simple and readily understood measure of the effectiveness of an organization's occupational rehabilitation services. A brief background and description of the performance indicator is presented. Pilot studies that tested the reliability and validity of the measure are described.
