摘要
The paper describes the construction of a microphone having a diaphragm made of piezoelectric polymer film. Experimentally proven design formulas are given. Further a microphone is described which includes two piezoelectric polymer film diaphragms, which make it possible to double the microphone sensitivity and cancel the mechanical vibration noise. A technique is described for vibration measuring and vibration sensitivity evaluation.
