摘要
Simulation analyses on stability of car-following models appropriate to automatic safe headway control system are presented. Main contents are: three car-following models available for automatic safe headway control system are selected; under constraint condition of capacity, three selected car-following models, two typical leader-car drive behavior of suddenly stop and steady deceleration as well as variation of two main traffic parameters of headway and speed are simulated. According to the results of simulation analyses car-following speed-change control model appropriate to automatic safe headway control system is submitted.
