Stability of gas hydrate in permafrost

摘要
In view of the current situation of the rising of global temperature, the stability of the gas hydrate of Qinghai-Tibet plateau has been forecast, which is based on the 0.04°C/a (IPCC) and the phase equilibria of the gas hydrates formation. The results indicate that the green house effect will change the temperature and the sectional pressure of the permafrost directly. Then it cause the hydrate dissociation and discharge of CH4 that will affect the distribution and the stability of the gas hydrate, thus causing influence on the environment.
